Non-Fiction Gallery, located on 1522 Bull St, Savannah, GA, presents the group exhibition, Faith: What Do You Believe?. In their statement for the exhibition, they ask the artists this:
"Every action we take throughout the course of our days is defined by what we do and do not believe. Our beliefs can unite, connect and bond us–but they can also ostracize us from one another, dismantle relationships, and disenfranchise entire groups.
This collection of ideas, instilled in us or developed over the years, becomes our moral code and guides our personal convictions. Our beliefs inform how we perceive and interact with the world around us. Ultimately, they structure our faith–faith in government, the justice system, family, love, religion, ourselves and the future.
We want to know how your beliefs influence you. What does your faith, or lack thereof, look like? Do you define your faith or do your beliefs define you? Faith: what do you believe?"
The open reception for this show will be held on Dec. 16, 2016.
